Please note that as soon as a package leaves Awesome Dice, we are no longer in control of the package. The speed at which your order arrives, whether or not you receive package tracking updates, and how frequently these tracking updates appear depends entirely on the courier service. If you wish to request additional information from your courier, change shipping information post shipment, schedule a specific delivery date, inquire about packages dropped off at local post offices, and/or the related, you will have to go to your courier service directly. Awesome Dice does not act as liaison for any courier service.
If you are returning an item or requesting a refund for any other reason aside from damage or defect, Awesome Dice is not responsible for covering or refunding shipping fees. Awesome Dice does not keep shipping charges, they are always used to pay the selected courier in charge of delivering your package.
