Shipping Speed

We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Some orders are shipped same-day while others are shipped on the following. All orders are shipped on business days. USPS transit for U.S. domestic orders will take anywhere from 2 – 7 business days to arrive depending on the destination. International shipping may take much longer depending on location, customs delays, and the speed of local mail carriers. Expedited air shipping is not available for orders placed from outside the United States.

Please note that once a package leaves Awesome Dice, delivery speed and tracking updates are completely dependent upon the delivery service. Awesome Dice is not responsible for these systems. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges fall into different weight groups based on average prices for shipping via USPS, this starting at $6.00 for U.S. standard shipping. International shipping starts at $20 for Canada, $22 for Europe, and $23 for Australia and New Zealand. All prices are in USD. Particularly heavy products will have greater shipping charges. You can see all available shipping charges during the checkout process.

Undeliverable Orders

Customers who enter the incorrect address or are unable to accept attempted deliveries are eligible to have their orders reshipped for a reshipment fee. This reshipment fee depends on package dimensions and weight, but is typically $6 for the US, $20 for Canada, $22 for Europe, and $23 for Australia and New Zealand. All prices are in USD.
