All items must be returned within 30 days (U.S. domestic orders) or 42 days (international orders) of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund, return, or replacement.

We accept all returns during this time period. Please email store@awesomedice.com to let us know that your return is on the way. Please be sure to include your order number and the name used for the order within your email.
If a replacement is available, damaged or defective items shall be replaced at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, you shall receive a full refund.
Awesome Dice is not responsible for covering or refunding shipping fees for orders that are returned or refunded for any reason outside of damage or defect..
Is Your Package Damaged?
If your dice are damaged, we’ll replace them!
To request a return or refund for damaged items, please take a photo of the damage and send this to store@awesomedice.com along with your name and order number. Please do so before shipping the return.
Is Your Package Missing?
Sometimes, updates from courier services can be few and far between (this is especially the case with international orders). What’s more, packages are sometimes incorrectly marked as delivered a day or two early, mistakenly delivered to neighbors, left at local post offices, dropped off at front desks, and more. If ample time is given and all of these possibilities have been explored to no avail, please rest assured that Awesome Dice will replace your missing item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
If your package has been returned to sender due to an incomplete or inaccurate address information, forwarding issues, or the related, a reshipment fee will apply if a replacement is requested. If a refund is requested, a full product refund will be issued.
Exchanges
If available, Awesome Dice will allow exchanges for damaged or defective items. Exchanges are not permitted for any other reason.
Order Cancellation Policy
If an order is canceled prior to the fulfillment process, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if you cancel your order post shipment, you will receive a 100% product refund upon the return of your order. Shipping will not be refunded, and Awesome Dice is not capable of preventing the shipment of your item after it has left our office.
If your order is returned to us because of an undeliverable address, because your package was not accepted, or due to customs, you are eligible for a reshipment or a refund. Refunds will not include shipping fees. If you qualified for our $1.99 shipping or free shipping, a flat $6 shall be charged for reshipment.
Awesome Dice is not responsible for any customs charges or VAT that may be imposed by your country.
