Wizard School: School of the Scarab
The School of the Scarab is dedicated to honoring the cycle of the sun; its perpetual death and rebirth with each passing day as the scarab rolls it across the sky. Each day, you wake up and study the sun in all its capacities, from a giver of life to a bringer of death. Each evening, you stay up late studying the world without it, an integral part of the balance that allows everything to exist in balance. As you study the sun, so too does your magic begin to reflect it; learning how to channel and hone the sun's effects into their most effective form.
Many are put off by the waxing and waning nature of your school's abilities, but those who stick it out know how to follow the natural course of events. And that very flexibility becomes their greatest strength.
Special Subclass Features
- Dawn & Dusk
- Spells of the Sun
- Study of Light (Dawn & Dusk)
- Study of Heat (Dawn & Dusk)
- Study of Rebirth (Dawn & Dusk)
- Study of Fire (Dawn & Dusk)
