AND DRAGONS!!!!
Dragons are scary and sick as hell, having captured the imaginations of untold legions of day dreamers, not only across the ages, but also across CONTINENTS.
And since every player feels like a badass when they slay one, we couldn't help but put dragons on the dnd dice and in the palm of your hand :)

The Inspiration Behind the Enchanting Hollow Dice Design
Short answer: they were inspired by dragons.
Cuz dragons are cool.
Long(er) answer?
Color Symbolism
We offer two different styles of this RPG dice set that are identical save for color: copper and silver. Sorry, no ancient gold color yet :(
Silver has always been paired with the moon, graceful and elegant. It is peace, and yet it is balance, kind of like water moving gently through a stream. Silver dragons, the least arrogant and most gentle, display similar characteristics.
Copper, on the other hand, has always been associated with brown, and likewise the earth. The earth is stable, enduring, immovable, similar to the nearly impossible strength of a dragon. It is also considered a supernatural material, found in both the spiritual and natural realms. Forgotten Realms dragons too are a mix of beast, elemental, and magical creatures.
Even though D&D 5e has both chromatic and metallic dragons, we felt that the multicolored hollow metal dragon dice (like for GREEN DRAGONS... learn more here) gave the set more of an arcane or feywild look. So we personally prefer solid metal. But its also more than that, because the metal carries more universally draconic connotations than the standard color spectrum.
Why Hollow Metal for Dragons?
In human history, copper and silver are some of the earliest known metals. Copper mixed with tin made the all-important bronze, and silver was more abundant than gold, making it the standard currency for many ancient civilizations. Metal meant civilization, sophistication, power, and wealth... all attributes dnd dragons have.
In order to get all the intricate dragon details (including the fantasy font), the makers had to make them larger than your standard-size RPG dice set. However, with the hollow construction, you will be shocked by how light they feel. Kinda like how a huge dragon somehow effortlessly flies!
Their hollow design is something special too; it means these 5e dice are lighter when you roll them but still just as good quality-wise. The ancient silver and bronze finishes make them really stand out in any collection.

Monsters and Characters That Match These Dice
Dragonborn, Dragonmark Tattoo, or Draconic Player Character
This one is obvious. I mean... they are DRAGON dice... so if you are playing a DRAGONborn (particularly a silver or copper dragonborn)... then it only makes sense! Doesn't matter what class... literally any dragonborn will be a good fit.
And same goes for any character that is in some way associated with dragons. If a dragon gifted them a dragonmark tattoo, then these dice make sense. And if some ancient dragon is their warlock patron, or if they are a draconic sorcerer, then his hollow metal dice set is a great fit to roll throughout the campaign.

Heavily Armored Player Character
A lot of characters bump up their AC with high DEX or a shield... but many paladins, clerics, fighters, and even some spellcasters prefer to wade into combat covered head to toe with heavy armor. And while chainmail and plate armor is heavy AF, these metal RPG dice will still feel connected and make succeeding saving throws that much more satisfying.
Dragon BBEG or NPC
Like liches, dragons have made great "big bad evil guys" for OSR, Pathfinder, and 5e campaigns. Their lairs are as deadly as their breath weapon, they can fly and reach the party no matter where they are, they are inherently magical and can cast spells (in the lore they can... so add spells to the stat block!), and can polymorph into generic-looking NPCs to mislead the party as they face difficulties. A BBEG dragon should have many, many encounters with the party, giving you plenty of reason to buy a set exclusively for them!

Fire Giant Forge Dungeon
Yeah, yeah, I know... fire giants are the mortal enemies of dragons and their exact opposite. But the hollow metal dragon dice represent something fire giants in particular are marvelous at: METAL WORK. In medieval times, hollow metal objects would only have been crafted by the most masterful of smiths. Anyone can pour resin into a mold, but few have the skill and tools to work metal to create something strong, yet light. While technology has made it much easier, our minds can't help but associated the hollow metal dragon dice set with the unparalleled craftsmanship of fire giants, forever hammering in their lava forges!

How Do I Care for Hollow Metal Dice?
If you want this set to withstand the test of time and become "old school dice," then you will need to keep them safe:
- With a gentle, dry cloth, give the dice a good wipe after playing to get rid of any dust or bits. Just don't rub too hard or you'll take off the paint!
- Stay away from strong cleaners or rough cloths because they can mess up the surface of the dice.
- When you're not using them, keep them in a case or a bag. This helps avoid scratching. Thankfully, they come in a padded tin that works perfectly for this!
- Be careful not to drop or be too rough with your dice since this could lead to chips or dents.
- By storing them somewhere cool and dry, you avoid the bad effects moisture and humidity can have on a metal surface.
What Is the Price? And Shipping?
Both sets are currently on sale for only $65.00 USD. Shipping is an additional $6 for the U.S. International shipping starts at $16 for Canada, $22 for Europe, and $23 for Australia and New Zealand. $1.99 shipping available for domestic orders over $49.99. Expect 2 - 7 days for domestic shipments.
What Makes Hollow Metal Unique Compared to Solid?
Hollow metal dice stand out from solid ones because of how they're made. With their hollow interior, they are not as heavy, making them easier and more pleasant to roll. Despite being lighter, they don't lose any of the toughness or quality you'd find in solid dice. This special design brings benefits that catch the eye and improve use, which is why gamers often prefer them (plus, they simply make a satisfying sound when they strike each other!)
How Do the Silver and Bronze Finishes Affect the Visibility and Readability of the Dice?
The Thunder of Dragons Hollow Metal Dice set comes with a silver or bronze finish that makes the numbers easy to see and read. With these finishes, along with a dragon design on each die, it's simple to tell the numbers apart, even when here isn't much light around.
Why Choose Hollow Metal Dragon Dice?
Wrapping things up, if you're really into games, the Silver and Bronze Hollow Metal Dragon dice sets are great. They are a work of art with their cool design and top-notch quality that make your game nights extra special.
The finishes in ancient silver and bronze give these hollow metal dragon dice an eye-catching look that's bound to get nods of approval from your gaming buddies. Plus, the dragon detail on each die isn't just for show—it actually helps with visibility so everyone can enjoy smooth gameplay. And most of all... the more dice accessories... the merrier!
